What foods can I eat on the keto diet?
You should base the majority of your meals around these foods:
- meat: red meat, steak, ham, sausage, bacon, chicken, and turkey
- fatty fish: salmon, trout, tuna, and mackerel
- eggs: pastured or omega-3 whole eggs
- butter and cream: grass-fed butter and heavy cream
- cheese: unprocessed cheeses like cheddar, goat, cream, blue, or mozzarella
- nuts and seeds: almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, etc.
- healthy oils: extra virgin olive oil, and avocado oil
- avocados: whole avocados or freshly made guacamole
- low carb veggies: green veggies, tomatoes, onions, peppers, etc.
- condiments: salt, pepper, herbs, and spices

I had non eating and back, pregnency, spending all girl times in test and and it was hard to leave with out food and money, and just drink own made ''booze'' and free food lines from church and homeless helps... but is good to walk every day to workout, my sadness have to give baby away, tooo broken from past, over ten year kidnapping, getting back to place always after one year out, weird fears is my skitsofrenia. Like people talk to me faraway.
Hard to cheer up, and cause i tryed drugs I have bad wants to meth.. so body aces (in my head) and just laying probly so many years and it just helps best and no depression pills or lsd. or freaking street drugs... didnt work at all to anything.. I use to use needels, i still would love it but now is the end, it was Subutex i loved too.
